Feliz - A 5 Second Happiness Wall Journal

You've heard of gratitude journaling every day of the week. You've even heard of 5 minute gratitude entries. But have you ever heard of 5 seconds?

Enter Feliz (meaning 'happy' in Spanish), a quick and easy way to jot down your daily word/s of what made you happy for that day. Best part? It's free! Because happiness should be.

How it works:

1. Choose a cover that best suits you. There's 3 additional journal covers (and a nod to Algospeak because thank you Adam for this idea!) that you can remove if you don't need or want them.

2. Choose between a monthly or weekly happiness note. No worries if you want to switch between both formats. This journal has the ability to have you choose from 2 options at any given time.

3. Choose a sticky note color page for your desired format (or mix and match - there's no rules!) and feel free to delete the rest that you're not using.

4. Duplicate the sticky note page(s) that you've decided to use every time you want to start a new week/month. You can do that within your desired app settings.

That's it! You're ready to feel instantly happier at least for 5 seconds every day.
